I’ve read a few things on the internet about Body Detoxes, such as the one with apple products (cider, juice, apple sauce, actual apple) but i’m not sure that would work, couldn’t you just drink water, or even green tea for 24-48 hours and do a cleanse?

Green tea does have antioxidants in it, so do berries. Macha green tea has a ton of antioxidants in it. I tried the cider vinegar thing. No water is not the same, the only reason you put it in water is because it is too disgusting to drink on it’s own. You put 2 tbsp into a glass of water. I couldn’t get it down, it tastes disgusting, but I know one woman who swears by it. She never goes to the doctor, drinks it every day, she is healthy and she’s in her 80’s! Guess it works. Just wish I could stomach the stuff! BLAH

Actually they say you should use distilled water, they even sell it by the gallon at Walmart quite cheap like .75 cents . Then they say to add fresh lemon to the water. It might be a bit sour but it does work and you get used to the taste.

No no no, fad diets are a WASTE of time. Firstly, they don’t supply you with the energy you need to get throughout the day. Secondly, if you lose weight in a poor manner, you’re more likely to put it back on quicker, once you go back to healthy eating
If you want to lose weight/make yourself healthier, stick to water and meat and vegetables/fruit
