Water fast, When u have some down time dont eat or drink any thing but water for any where from 3-30 days.

Every once in a while I take a weekend to fast. It’s tough at first, and I wouldn’t exercise too much during the fast, but you get used to it quickly. Just be gentle when reintroducing foods. Start with just juice, then maybe steamed vegetables and work your way up to breads/grains.
