-Drink as much water as possible and add a bit of lemon
-Shower and scrub your whole body with a loofa or body scrub once a day
-Walk or do some form of exersize
Take deep breaths into your abdomen and let them out slowly. This helps clear toxins and helps with anxiety.
-When you get a craving deep breath and know that it will pass and you will be okay.
Hope this helps

Nicotine has a half-life (meaning half the stuff will be gone) of just 60 minutes in the body. So if you have 10 mg in you, after 60 minutes, there will be 5 mg left. After another 60 minutes, 2.5mg, and etc.

First of all… Congrats on taking this step.
Smoking means smoke and nicotine enters blood directly from the lungs. The lungs get coated or accumulate smog, ash, nicotine burns..etc.
Abdominal breathing, pranayama, deep breathing… these will help to eject much of the collected smog. We all are lazy breathers and deep breathing needs to be learnt.
This is a sure way of detoxification of lungs to eject residual nicotine.
Exercise, sweating, proper eating helps remove the deposited ’smokers ash’ collected below the skin… chain smokers get yellow/pale skin patches..
Most important, keep that positive attitude.. detox the mind and stay strong.. Best wishes
