Unlike some of the other products I tried, this one does not give me cramps or make me feel nauseated. It took a few days, but I am noticing a remarkable increase of energy and just an overall feeling of well being. I also started sleeping better at nights. Still working on my weight according to the scale, but my clothes seem to fit better around the middle and waist. But then, I have only been on it for just over 2.5 weeks. So here is hoping….
