I’ve read a few things on the internet about Body Detoxes, such as the one with apple products (cider, juice, apple sauce, actual apple) but i’m not sure that would work, couldn’t you just drink water, or even green tea for 24-48 hours and do a cleanse?

you can live without food for 24 hours, as long as you have water.
